For carrying out the foreign economic activity linked with conveyance of commodities across the customs border of Ukraine, the subject of menage must be established on an account in Customs authorities (to be accredited). A registration card is a document, that confirms the fact of accreditation. Absence of such a card is foundation for the refusal in customs registration.

„Conveyance of services” across the customs border of Ukraine is controlled by tax authorities. That is why for enterprises which trade exceptionally in services, accreditation is not needed. However, in the case when the grant of services is related to the concomitant conveyance of facilities of labour or other articles of the services intended for the grant, accreditation is needed all the same.

       2. Documents for accreditation in customs authorities (List for an individual entrepreneur)
